A Nuveda product — now in development
Krossa is the training companion that connects to the activities you log: running, yoga, swimming, and gym. It builds a plan that respects your body, adapts to your life, and measures you only against your past self.
The three promises
Not features. Not metrics. Three commitments that shape every plan it builds, every adjustment it makes, and every word it says to you.
Most training plans are built for the athlete who never has a bad week. You do. Krossa understands that your Tuesday strength session affects your Thursday run, that your recovery matters as much as the schedule, and that the best training week is one that keeps you on your feet. Every plan it builds is designed to help you stay within what your body can handle.
Progress that punishes you when life happens isn't progress. It's a second job you keep failing. Krossa plans around your reality, not an ideal version of it. Missed a session? The week re-flows without guilt. Training in a heatwave? Your plan adjusts without flagging you as a failure. When you show up, Krossa tells you why it matters. When you can't, it simply recalibrates.
Strava knows how fast everyone else is. Krossa only knows how fast you were. Three months ago, this pace would have spiked your heart rate. Today it's comfortable. That's not a small thing. That's the whole point. The only race that matters is the one you're running against your past self.
How it works
“Krossa connects your training across running, yoga, swimming, and gym, and helps you gauge how hard you can push today.”
Krossa is being built with planned support for Garmin and Apple Watch. It reads the sessions you log and builds a picture of how your body responds to different kinds of training: how a heavy gym session affects your next run, how your yoga practice credits your recovery, how a week of poor sleep changes what's reasonable to prescribe.
Then it uses that picture to decide how much is safe, how much is useful, and how much is too much. Not for a generic athlete. For you, specifically, right now, based on everything you've actually done.
Over time, it learns how your body responds to training. The more you use it, the better it understands what works for you.
Who Krossa is for
Krossa is not for everyone. It is for a specific kind of athlete, one who has learned, sometimes painfully, that smarter beats harder.
You know the cycle. You start building, everything's going well, then something snaps or strains or just aches too much to ignore. You sit out for weeks. You start again, carefully. Repeat. Krossa is built for people who've learned that the gap between “training well” and “training too much” is smaller than most plans admit. It helps you watch that gap.
You don't just run. You run and you lift and you swim and you roll out on a yoga mat at 6am. Every other app sees your Monday run in isolation. Krossa sees that your Monday run came after a Sunday that came after a Saturday gym session. It understands how those things connect, and builds your plan around the whole picture.
You're not chasing a podium. You're chasing the version of yourself who shows up consistently, feels good doing it, and doesn't measure their worth against a stranger's Strava segment. Krossa, by design, never shows you where you rank. It only shows you how far you've come. Your progress is private, personal, and yours alone.
