Privacy Policy

NUVEDA.AI PRIVATE LIMITED (“Nuveda”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates nuveda.ai. We are incorporated in India, and Indian law governs how we handle your data.

This policy covers:

• The nuveda.ai website and the product pages published under it
• Waitlist sign-ups for any Nuveda product
• Email you send us, and email we send in reply

Each product we ship has its own privacy policy covering the data that product handles. This one does not cover other companies’ websites we link to — they have their own policies, which we encourage you to read.

If you join a waitlist or email us, we collect your email address, whatever you write in your message, and your name if you choose to give it. That is all we ask for.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or session-recording trackers on this website. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.

Our hosting provider logs standard server access data — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — for security and reliability, and may set a single cookie for bot protection. That cookie does not follow you around the web and is not used for advertising.

We use your personal data only to provide and improve our services. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

We do not share your personal data with anyone for their own purposes. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site. They act on our instructions, under contract, and may only use your data to provide their service to us:

Some of these providers operate outside India. When your data crosses a border, we make sure appropriate contractual protections are in place. We will also disclose data if the law genuinely requires it, and where we are permitted to tell you, we will.

• Waitlist emails: until the product launches and you are onboarded, or until you ask us to remove you.
• Emails you send us: long enough to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.
• Server logs: a short period, for security and troubleshooting.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it irreversibly anonymous.

You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in it, or ask us to remove you from a waitlist at any time. You also have rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, under which we act as a Data Fiduciary. Email support@nuveda.ai to exercise any of them:

We aim to respond within five business days, and will always respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls that limit who on our team can see personal data.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires. If you spot a security problem, please tell us at support@nuveda.ai — we would rather hear it from you than not at all.

Our website and products are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this policy as our products evolve. If a change meaningfully affects how we use your data or what rights you have, we will update the effective date at the top and, where practicable, email you about it.
